The shipping time depends on the destination and service chosen. Your items are shipped from our location in Langley, near Vancouver, BC, Canada. We will use different shipping companies from time to time for the best rates possible. For your safety, we may require a signature of an adult on delivery.

Standard Shipping in Canada

Standard shipping is free for orders totalling $200 or above, before taxes, or as calculated by the shipping estimator for orders less than $200. Shipping cost is subject to GST/HST.

Standard shipping takes three to seven business days and may take longer during busy seasons.

The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to remote location. All items are shipped tracked and fully insured.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Shipping costs are as quoted by the shipping estimator. Please note that customs, duties, taxes, and other related charges imposed by the destination country, or mail handlers, are the customer's responsibilities.
